helpful staff heavy luggage free sake
The staff helped me transport my luggage to the airport. I did not have to carry heavy luggage on the train. The lounge offered free sake in the evening.

I booked two perfect rooms for my family of four. The rooms were very clean and had no unpleasant smells. The bathroom amenities were great. The showers were especially nice. The free breakfast and snacks were convenient.
